George Seturidze is the CEO of CAMEX Airlines. Before being named as CEO in April 2022, George was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CAMEX Airlines. He initiated the project of founding the airline and played the key role of the airline’s strategic development. Prior to establishing CAMEX Airlines, he was the President of the Air Freight and Logistics Company in the United States and was responsible for implementing the huge international projects worldwide in air shipping field. 2016-2018 George Seturidze was the Chairman of the Roads Department of Georgia at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development. During his tenure George has been responsible for large capital projects with international financial institutions such as the World Bank, EIB, ADB, JICA, Kuwait Fund, EBRD, with portfolios of developing road infrastructure construction, building organizational capabilities, and for overall business delivery in both management, executive, and board roles. He was managing 2 research projects of the World Bank and EBRD on road user taxation and traffic management. Prior to joining the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development of Georgia, he was Counsellor at the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia supervising and managing infrastructure projects. Before his work in the public sector, George had successful carrier in the private sector. In 2009- 20012 he was nominated as the Country CEO of UAE Investment Group Dhabi Group Georgia and was performing strategic management of the Group’s projects in banking and telecommunication sectors. George Seturidze was named as SIEMENS official representative in Georgia in and was administering TACIS-funded Project “Installing Fiber-Optic Cable and Communication Systems in the Trans Caucasus Railway Road – Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia”. George Seturidze is an experienced business leader and strategic business developer, with a great understanding of organization development in the public and private sector, experienced in supervising and managing multi-billion projects in air transportation, infrastructure, energy and banking sectors. George. Seturidze is the Board Member of Georgian Association of Consulting Engineers (aceg.ge). He holds Master of Laws (LLM) and Master of Economics and State Tax Revenues.
