Daniel Watson, Chief Commercial Officer of Aero Capital Solutions, brings over twenty years of aviation experience, and has a background in corporate strategy, business development, leasing, finance and maintenance operations – including major roles in providing engine and aircraft aftermarket support for commercial and government operators worldwide.    

Prior to joining ACS, Daniel was Chief Commercial Officer at AJW Aviation, the world’s largest independent aircraft component support provider headquartered in UK and was responsible for global sales, commercial activities, product development, and the key component and engine service divisions. Daniel joined AJW Group after 16 years at MTU Aero Engines (MTX.DE), having held progressively more senior management and executive positions in the world’s largest independent engine MRO.  This included roles as the VP and Chief Commercial Officer of MTU’s North American division, as well as VP Global Business Development. Daniel is a CPA and holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a bachelor’s degree from University of British Columbia. Daniel is based in Austin, Texas.
